The SWAT Mission

The Shark Wave Aquatic Team is a non-profit swim club in Jonesboro, Arkansas, which offers year round swimming opportunities through its USA swimming program as well as AAU swimming.

The swimmers, families, coaches and board members are very proud of what the Shark Wave Aquatic Team has to offer swimmers. Our team offers various programs including beginner classes, structured age-group practices and national level workouts. We believe in high quality training, technique instruction and elite coaching. 

Our philosophy is to offer a fun yet competitive atmosphere. We want the swimmers to learn to enjoy working toward their goals. We hope this web site acquaints you with our coaching staff, team logistics and philosophies.

Our goal is to develop a program for each swimmer based on their skill, age, and interest. It is our belief that swimming with Shark Wave develops many enduring life skills such as:
